Rules
1) You can breed your pets in the future, but we would like to see the results so we can post them here (and just to see happy dogs).
2) We would like to know some details of why you want the puppy when you apply, not just a single sentence.
3) If you, for whatever reason, cannot take care of one of our dogs anymore, please give it back to us and we will find it a new home.
4) Our dogs will stay as is. You will not change anything about the appearance or personality of your dog. However, name changes are fine. Just tell us what the show name and new call name are for your dog and leave our prefix in your dogs show name before yours.
5) You will get the one and only copy of your dog as all your own. You will not post our dogs on The Exchange,or any other site.
6) We would prefer if you used our dogs in a kennel of your own, or didn't breed them, rather than uploading their puppies to The Exchange or any other site. Let's keep our dogs individual. (Email us for permission if an exception must be made).
7) Give us credit for the dogs we have bred. Don't ever claim our dogs as your own creation. Any place where the dogs' vital statistics are needed, the dogs' parents should be listed with our name. This means the prefix LFK should used in names where needed (parents' show names etc.) If people ask about your dog, tell them where you got it.
8) We would much prefer you to register your dog with SSKC ( Second Sims Kennel Club), as well as any other club, rather than not at all, but this is not a must.
9) There will be be a waiting period of at least 24 hours after we post a litter for adoption, so that we can find the right parents for our dogs.
10) We would love any updates on how our dogs are doing in their new home.
11) We reserve the right to remove your adoption's 'pending' status and give the the puppy to someone else, if you have not responded to our follow-up email in seven days. This is to ensure that puppies do not wait needlessly for homes. If you believe that you did not get our email, post something telling us so on our forum thread.
12) Sending in an application does not guarantee you a puppy. We may find a home better suited to that puppy's needs. This process is not first-come, first-serve.
13) Put FOREVERFOX in your application if you've read the rules.
